The ongoing conflict between Israel and Iran has intensified, further destabilizing the Middle East. According to Iranian military sources, the headquarters of the Israeli occupation force’s IDF “Central Command for Communications, Control, and Intelligence” is still burning following a recent missile strike.
A Facebook post by Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) stated:
“The headquarters of the IDF’s Central Command for Communications, Control, and Intelligence is still burning.”
Through this message, Iran has clearly indicated that it launched a direct and successful strike on Israel’s military communications and intelligence infrastructure.
Meanwhile, the Israeli government has denied claims that Iran directly targeted the Soroka Medical Center in the southern city of Beersheba. Similarly, Iranian state media Tehran Times clarified that the intended target was not a hospital but a military facility. However, they acknowledged that the shockwave from the explosion caused collateral damage to the nearby hospital.
Iran alleges that Israel is attempting to divert global attention from the severe damage inflicted on its military installations by portraying the attack as one on civilian infrastructure—what Iran describes as a psychological warfare tactic.
The IRGC confirmed that the missile strike, carried out early Thursday morning, was a “precise and military-specific operation.” They claim the attack has dealt a significant strategic blow to Israel’s military command and intelligence capabilities.
